"Falling in Beloved Again" is the 6th track on Swedish singer Eagle-Eye Cherry's debut studio anthology, Desireless (1997). It was released as the album'due south third single in 1998 in Europe. Post-obit the success of "Salvage Tonight", it was given a North American radio release in February 1999. The song reached number eight on the UK Singles Nautical chart and peaked inside the top fifty in France, Iceland, and Ireland. Although the song charted in Canada and its music video received rotation on VH1,[1] it did not announced on any US Billboard nautical chart. The song's music video was directed past Stéphane Sednaoui.[two]

UK trade newspaper Music Week chosen Crimson's vocals on the song "well-baked" and "uncomplicated".[three] Chuck Taylor of Billboard magazine described the song every bit "dangerously similar" to "Relieve Tonight" but noted the casual differences that made the song unique, asking for a more than "daring" follow-up hit.[4]

On two November 1998, the track was released in the Britain and debuted at its peak of number eight on viii Nov, becoming Reddish's second and terminal top-ten hit on the UK Singles Nautical chart.[10] In neighbouring Ireland, it charted at number 23,[eleven] while on the Eurochart Hot 100, information technology debuted at number 21.[12] After "Save Tonight" became a hit in the Us and Canada, "Falling in Dear Once again" was serviced to North American radio stations starting in February 1999. Despite charting on the Canadian RPM Adult Gimmicky listing at number ninety,[thirteen] it did non announced on whatsoever US Billboard chart.[14]
